About the role

Responsible for leading and managing a team of movers in efficient and safe execution of moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise moving teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Manage inventory and resources to optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the moving industry.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with moving equipment and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
