About the role
Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family) is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, focusing on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carriers to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Support your Antenna & Line foreman to account activities on the site from materials to staff to tools and day to day job functions and task fulfillment
- Ensure the safety of your crew and make sure safety is always a priority
- Learn new technologies and become part of our growing team of professional staff striving to continue their professional and technical career development
Requirements
- Experience working outside in different inclement of weather
- Some experience in Construction work
- Ambitious individual who wants to grow into Tower Technician Lead position or beyond
- Ability to work over time/long hours
- Ability to climb 200-300 feet
- Ability to lift over 50 LBS
- Ability to travel out of state 4-8 weeks at a time (Travel Expenses covered)

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00 per hour. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
