Pay
- Hourly Rate: $21 – $24/Hr. + (Depending on Experience)
- Plus: Heavy Overtime Opportunities & On-Call Bonuses!
Schedule
- Weekly Pay Schedule
- Flexible hours (nights/weekends)
- Join our 24-hour emergency on-call rotation

Qualifications
- 6+ months of hands-on restoration work (preferably in a Crew Chief or leadership role)
- Solid knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices
- IICRC certification (or equivalent training) is a major plus, but not required—we will train the right leader!
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various environmental conditions
