Pay

$9–$12 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

Schedule

Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available with open availability. Management positions are full‑time with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Cooking in an open‑concept kitchen
• Making fresh‑squeezed lemonade daily
• Baking fresh bread
• Interacting with guests
• Providing an inviting atmosphere
• Prepping fresh ingredients
• Practicing kitchen communication
• Routine daily cleaning of the restaurant
• Ability to lift 10 lb, occasionally up to 50 lb

Additional Responsibilities

• Operating a slicer
• Blanching and prepping the day’s fresh ingredients for business
• Using basic math skills to follow a prep sheet and bread‑count form
• Communicating with catering callers and vendors

Qualifications

• Dependable – must work scheduled shifts
• Sense of urgency – speed of service is crucial
• Punctual – on time every time
• Reliable transportation – a must
• Genuine – do what you say and say what you mean
• Efficient – able to multitask and a fast learner
• Friendly – smile, have fun, and let your personality shine
• Team members must be at least 16 years of age
• Openers must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States with appropriate documentation

Management Opportunities

Management positions are available for individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example, with the possibility of promotion as early as four weeks.
