About the role

White Castle is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers with previous food service or management experience. As a Crew Manager you will lead a team in a Certified™ Great Place to Work® environment, ensuring safety, sanitation, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Organize shifts and manage team schedules
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register and drive‑thru
• Manage inventory and oversee ordering
• Motivate and lead team members, fostering a family‑like atmosphere
• Prepare food orders, operate fryers and griddles
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous food service or management experience
• Demonstrated caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities

Pay

Competitive weekly pay ranging from $18.50 to $24.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on average hours worked, location, and length of service, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
