Crew and Fleet Planner
About the role
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service. As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
BOND needs its crews in the right place, rested, qualified, and ready, every single day. As Crew & Fleet Planner, you'll build the pairings, rotations, and rosters that make that happen, balancing what's needed today against what's needed eight days from now. On the short-range side, you'll build a crew-friendly, fatigue-compliant plan for the week ahead, working closely with the Crew Experience Coordinator on preferences and fatigue projections and with the Tactical Desk Manager on positioning crews to maximize utilization. On the long-range side, you'll maintain rosters further out, execute rotation and vacation bids, and coordinate training events so the fleet stays covered. You're the right fit if you think analytically, know your way around Part 91K/135 duty and rest rules, and can hold a complex, constantly shifting plan in your head without losing track of a single crew member's qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Build optimized crew pairings and aircraft rotations for the 7-day horizon, handing the Tactical Desk a fatigue-compliant plan every day.
- Coordinate with the Crew Experience Coordinator on crew preferences and
