Creme Tech - Lines 400/405

About the role

The Line 405 Seasonal Crew supports the Line 400 Unassigned Crew in producing Little Debbie Cosmic products during peak seasonal demand.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate crème, syrup, stripe and coating equipment
• Monitor and record weight, size, appearance, and texture of product with and without crème, syrup and coating
• Adjust all machinery to maintain quality and product specifications
• Follow all prescribed standards to maintain product purity
• Complete required cleaning to maintain a sanitary work environment
• Follow all prescribed safety procedures
• Interact with and provide information to depositor operators, wrapper room personnel, plant engineering, and immediate supervisor to minimize downtime and waste
• Train employees as needed
• Assist in implementing improvement plans
• Perform related duties as assigned

• Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
• Must provide own tools for this position (6" Stainless steel ruler, large and small adjustable wrench, set of Allen wrenches, and combination wrenches)

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment
• Computer experience
• Previous technical training
• Set-up, changeover and troubleshooting ability

Pay

$25.21 - $26.49 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications

3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)
