Creditors' Rights Attorney
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults, as well as the associated loan restructuring and litigation experience that comes from such representation. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong project management skills and the ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments are required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, commercial loan defaults, and loan restructuring/litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- High ethical standards
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $145,000–$165,000. The actual salary will be determined based on job-related factors, including background, experience, and education, consistent with applicable law.
