Credit Team Manager

About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Management Manager for C&I clients with annual revenue of $25 million to $2B+ supporting several Markets in the Southwest Division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfrfjobs.com.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B+
• Completion of a formal credit training program
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services such as, commercial lending and treasury management
• Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
• Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth
• Experience identifying risk, ensuring compliance with processes, and mitigating risk issues
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business

Job Expectations

• The position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
