Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1951, serving over 685,000 members and managing $9 billion in assets. Located in Florida's east coast, SCCU has grown to become the third-largest credit union in the state. In 2025, they expanded into Orange County to better serve the growing East Orlando market. Responsibilities

• Empower members with knowledge and provide options to bring past due accounts current to minimize delinquent loans.
• Work on all types of loans including consumer, mortgage, and business loans.
• Accept inbound phone calls, make payment arrangements, transfer payments, and research past due loan issues.
• Sends accurate loan error corrections to the Loan Servicing Department.
• Takes telephone contact with all past due members, including co-makers, as presented on the predictive dialer.
• Provide members with solutions to delinquency such as payment plans, refinancing, modifications, extensions, short sales, deed-in-lieu, or other local programs.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all actions taken, using correct action and response codes on the day the action occurs.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years in a consumer debt collections or sales environment.
• Experience with vehicle and mortgage collections and loss mitigation preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Salary: $22.18 - $23.48/hour.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 7:00PM. Saturdays on rotation 9:00AM - 3:00PM.
