About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Credit Services Technology Delivery Lead within the Credit Services Domain, supporting Credit Decisioning, Credit Bureau Services, and Bureau Management. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget expectations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
- Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive team performance and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology delivery
- Drive process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives
- Document and own the technology roadmap for Credit Services
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of technology program delivery experience
- 3+ years of driving strategic technology roadmaps for Credit Services, especially with credit decisioning and credit bureau experience
