About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Credit Services Technology Delivery Lead within the Credit Services Domain, supporting Credit Decisioning, Credit Bureau Services, and Bureau Management. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Drive team performance and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology delivery
  • Drive process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives
  • Document and own the technology roadmap for Credit Services

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of technology program delivery experience
  • 3+ years of driving strategic technology roadmaps for Credit Services, especially with credit decisioning and credit bureau experience
