Responsibilities
- Process and decision credit applications; resolve credit‑related issues by handling incoming phone calls and emails from Lansing branch associates and customers.
- Perform account maintenance as needed, including sales change updates, address changes, and account merge/close.
- Review credit applications for accuracy.
- Pull credit reports, request supplier references, and gather needed information from Sales Associates to facilitate credit limit decisioning
