Credit Representative - Credit- Full Time

Position Responsibilities

• Process credit applications while adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Support departmental business goals and strategies.
• Communicate with all departments and guests in a professional manner.
• Resolve guest-related concerns positively to drive future trips and guest loyalty.
• Prepare credit files, run necessary reports, and input information into Ocean Casino Resort software.
• Follow the direction of the Credit Executive on duty and understand the chain of command.

Essential Functions

• The ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Exposure to casino-related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Maintain Microsoft Office proficiency, phone etiquette, and computer knowledge.

Requirements

• Preferably 3+ years of credit-related experience in a high-volume casino.
• General business and casino credit knowledge.
• Knowledge of the New Jersey Casino Control Act.
• Uphold a Casino License by the Division of Gaming Enforcement.
