The Client Relationship Associate provides daily customer support and enables the efficient and effective practice management of Financial Advisor teams. This role works closely with Advisor teams to deliver advice, guidance, and investment solutions to individuals, supporting their financial wellbeing. The associate will address basic to comprehensive investment, insurance, and financial planning needs for both Advisory teams and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily servicing needs for an assigned customer portfolio to support the Advisory team in identifying customer needs and delivering solutions.
  • Maintain the new customer onboarding service model and standards.
  • Anticipate customer needs, recognize opportunities, and recommend appropriate Wealth Management support and services to the primary Advisor.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for transactions.
  • Follow through on document submissions to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Monitor all account activity by reviewing and validating daily transactions.
  • Document all client contacts, both written and verbal, to confirm discussions and actions.
  • Monitor accounts, notify Advisors of outstanding balances, and anticipate cash needs.
  • Coordinate with Advisors to schedule and facilitate client reviews, while managing administrative risk.
  • Assist Advisors with the financial planning process, including data collection and entry.
  • Monitor and resolve outstanding client account and service items in collaboration with Advisors.
  • Meet regularly with Advisors to review portfolios and coordinate administrative actions for exceptional customer service.
  • Apply functional and technical knowledge to solve customer problems using analytical thought and innovative solutions.
  • Engage internal or external resources for complex customer needs.
  • Execute transactions in a timely manner.
  • Assist Advisors with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing plans and client touchpoints.
  • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive, collaborative working relationships.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, FINRA/SEC regulations, and the bank’s BSA/AML Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in the investment or financial services industry.
  • Working knowledge of standard concepts and procedures within the area of expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to review documents for accuracy.
  • Ability to deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in developing presentations, documents, and reports that are clear and audience-appropriate.
  • Ability to identify problems, research contributing factors, and evaluate solutions.
  • Ability to identify areas for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong listening skills to best deliver comprehensive solutions for customers.
  • Understands and contributes to a customer experience that is helpful, easy, and personal.
  • Unrestricted work authorization; no future sponsorship required.

Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations.
  • State Life, Accident & Health, and Variable Contract insurance licenses.
  • Certifications or degrees such as AWMA, CRPC, FPQP, or ability to earn accreditation.

Pay

Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00–$78,560.00. Final compensation may vary based on work experience, education, and skill level.

Schedule

This role is anticipated to work onsite at the posted location. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
