Credit Products Specialist II-Specialized

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting for complex loan requests and recommend risk-mitigating structures
• Monitor portfolio to identify credit risks and financial performance trends proactively
• Partner with sales to negotiate loan terms aligning client needs with risk appetite
• Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate credit agreements for compliance
• Mentor junior credit professionals, enhancing team capabilities and proposing process improvements
• Utilize independent judgment in decision-making regarding the portfolio
• Analyze and resolve issues related to the assigned portfolio

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 10+ years equivalent experience
• 4+ years in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management
• Experience in specialized commercial industries, capital markets, or corporate commercial banking
• Advanced financial modeling and risk assessment skills
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with clients
• Prioritize experience structuring complex loan transactions
• Proven ability to analyze macroeconomic trends impacting credit risk

$104,198 – $169,816 annually
