Credit Products Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Credit Products Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead critical credit underwriting and portfolio management efforts that help shape strong risk-adjusted outcomes across the organization. The position partners closely with Sales and Risk stakeholders to support sound decisioning, credit quality, and enterprise growth objectives. It also plays a key leadership role in driving process improvement, talent development, and consistency in credit practices across regions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $168,368 – $273,681 annually Responsibilities Maintain deep knowledge of bank relationships to align credit activities with business goals. Execute strategic priorities from leadership to support enterprise objectives. Identify and escalate credit process improvements proactively. Oversee underwriting and portfolio management to maintain credit quality. Foster a consistent vision in credit decisioning across regions. Develop and retain top talent through coaching and professional opportunities. Collaborate with Sales and Risk teams to enhance portfolio performance. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's preferred. 12+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management in finance. 5+ years of experience managing teams of analysts and underwriters. 5+ years of experience in specialized commercial banking or capital markets.
