Ring’s End, Inc. of Lewisboro, NY is hiring a full-time Credit Manager to lead credit operations and support healthy receivables across our multi-location retail organization.

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate credit applications, verify financial information, and determine creditworthiness
- Onboard new customer accounts and maintain accurate, compliant account records
- Post customer payments daily, manage till application, and ensure proper reconciliation
- Monitor outstanding balances, negotiate payment terms, and manage collection activity for delinquent accounts
- Investigate discrepancies, review account history, and communicate clear resolutions
- Respond to inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status
- Review and correct tax-related billing issues
- Analyze and determine credit limits for new and existing charge customers
- Collaborate with attorneys or collection agencies when escalation is required
- Identify and recommend non-collectible accounts for write-off
- Generate and distribute monthly statements
- Participate in quarterly reviews with credit managers and the finance team
- Implement and reinforce company credit policies, goals, and procedures
Preferred Skills
- Spanish speaking
- Accounts Receivable, cash application, or account reconciliation experience
- Multi-location and multi-state retail experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and basic math skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers
