Credit Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Credit Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Manage credit and financing operations while supporting transaction processing and operational workflows. Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and external funding partners to facilitate successful transaction outcomes. Review financial information, supporting documentation, and credit related materials to evaluate opportunities and risks. Monitor transaction progress, communicate status updates, and address issues that may impact approvals or funding timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners while supporting presentations, training, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Bring experience within equipment financing, leasing, commercial lending, or a related financial services environment. Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit evaluation principles. Possess the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Maintain the ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to assess opportunities and resolve transaction related challenges. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills when working with clients, lenders, and internal teams. Build productive business relationships through professionalism, persuasion, and effective stakeholder management.
