Our client in Vienna, VA is seeking a hybrid Credit Manager with 3–5 years of commercial credit or public accounting experience.
About the role
This position supports portfolio-level credit risk management and transaction underwriting, evaluates and monitors tenant credit risk, prepares committee-level credit analysis, oversees quarterly and enhanced credit reviews, and supports deal structuring and credit-related documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial credit or public accounting experience
- Strong financial statement analysis skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
Experience with real estate portfolios, covenant compliance, and credit reporting systems is preferred.
Schedule
Hybrid, 4 days in office
Pay
Up to $130K + bonus
