Credit Manager

About the role

Our client in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Credit Manager with 3–5 years of commercial credit or public accounting experience. The role will support portfolio‑level credit risk management and transaction underwriting, evaluate and monitor tenant credit risk, prepare committee‑level credit analysis, oversee quarterly and enhanced credit reviews, and support deal structuring and credit‑related documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial credit or public accounting experience
• Strong financial statement analysis skills
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with real estate portfolios
• Covenant compliance experience
• Credit reporting systems experience

Pay

Up to $130K + bonus

Hybrid, 4 days in office
