Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Support Change management and communication regarding Credit Policy, Procedure, and Guidelines.
- Facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with Credit Analysts Virtually.
- Draft instruction materials, onboarding plans, and other relevant documentation focused on Credit and Lending.
- Administer gaps assessments to identify skills deficits or gaps to inform training enhancements for Credit and Lending functions.
- Address any identified deficiencies with tailored in-house training.
- Co-develop and create in-house training and curriculum focused on Credit and Lending.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the ElevateU Early Career Program, ensuring alignment with organizational learning and talent development goals.
- Design and implement a development framework that cultivates leadership capabilities, business acumen, and career readiness among program participants.
- Establish success metrics and regularly evaluate program outcomes to demonstrate organizational impact and participant growth.
- Promote the long-term sustainability and visibility of the program, positioning it as a cornerstone of the organization’s talent strategy and leadership pipeline.
Employee Specifications
- Required Education And Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study is preferred. 5+ years of experience working as a Credit Analyst or similar role. Prior experience building training materials is a plus.
- Knowledge And Skills Requirements: Expert level knowledge of credit policies, practices, and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without day-to-day supervision. Highly capable disposition with the ability to engage an audience.
