Credit Card Ops Analyst

About the role

Texas Children’s is searching for a Credit Card Operations Analyst to join their team. This role supports credit card operations and involves monitoring daily card processing activities, administering credit card devices and user base, and providing operational and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily card processing activities across the company footprint to ensure optimal credit card platform performance and address any disruptions immediately.
• Track daily transaction activity logs and support requests, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or downtimes immediately.
• Cook with internal stakeholders and merchant processing partners to resolve any identified issues.
• Administer credit card devices for the company platform.
• Perform user administration for payment card solutions.
• Provide operational and technical support to the payment card user base for payment acceptance, processing, reconciliation, and device troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update internal SharePoint communication site to ensure effective communication and support for internal stakeholders.
• Assist the team lead on new user onboarding and training to the organization’s payment card solutions.
• Participate with the credit card operations team in preparing dashboards, reports, and activity analytics for operational and management use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related business or information services field.
• 2 years of credit card, treasury, and cash management experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
