About the role
Responsible for managing and improving credit and collections processes, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and collections activities
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce bad debts
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment disputes and maintain positive relationships
- Prepare reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of credit and collections best practices
- Experience with collections software and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
