Job Duties
- Maintain the state delinquency list - posting and removal
- Research unapplied payments
- Resolve discrepancies due to inaccuracies such as incorrect pricing, quantity, and breakage
- Gather documents related to invoices for research and resolving short payments
- Identify, research, and reconcile customer deductions
- Interpret and develop a thorough understanding of problems and opportunities, communicating insights to leadership
- Resolve customer invoice disputes with prudent decision-making and executing required credits
- Engage effectively with customers, branch management, sales, warehouse, delivery, and customer service departments
- Assist the Credit Supervisor with identifying credit exposure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Dispute Resolution, and Credit Functions
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to manage and organize various efforts to achieve desired results
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet applications - I Series/AS400 experience preferred
Pay
The expected pay range for this role is $43,268 - $70,000. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable), and alignment with market data.

Schedule
This is a hybrid position. Employees are required to work onsite full-time for the first 3-6 months while completing training. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule and work in the office three days per week.
