Responsibilities

• Analysis and review of commercial loan portfolio
• Analyzing commercial credit situations across a variety of industries, geographies and performance levels
• Business and real estate financial statement analysis
• Business and commercial real estate valuation
• Formulating appropriate transaction structures and workout strategies
• Preparation of loan portfolio valuation models
• Committee credit loan presentation
