What You'll Do As a Credit Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping Community First Bank make informed lending decisions and support the financial success of businesses and agricultural operations in our communities. You'll Have The Opportunity To Dig into the Numbers: Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to evaluate lending opportunities.Connect the Dots: Identify financial trends, assess risks, and turn complex information into meaningful insights.Help Guide Decisions: Prepare credit presentations and recommendations that support sound lending decisions.Build Your Expertise: Gain exposure to commercial and agricultural lending, including specialized lending programs and complex credit relationships.Collaborate and Learn: Work alongside experienced lenders and credit professionals to monitor loan portfolios and evaluate borrower performance. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, agricultural business, or a related field.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.A genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
