Lakeside Bank seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
- Process transactions and assist with account maintenance
- Provide educational support to customers regarding bank products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
