Lakeside Bank seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
• Process transactions and assist with account maintenance
• Provide educational support to customers regarding bank products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
