About the role
Strong opportunity for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst looking to build or advance a career in commercial banking. This role works directly with the lending team to analyze financials, assess credit risk, underwrite credit requests, and provide structuring recommendations. Ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who wants meaningful exposure to the commercial credit process.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Credit Focus - Analyze new and existing commercial relationships and assess overall lending risk.
- Hands-On Underwriting - Prepare credit memos, annual reviews, financial analyses, and credit packages.
- Strong Financial Analysis Exposure - Work with balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and ratio analysis.
- Influence Deal Structure - Provide recommendations on credit structure and pricing based on your analysis.
- Work Directly with Loan Officers - Evaluate borrower financials and clearly communicate findings to the lending team.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years Commercial Credit Preferred - Strong fit for an analyst ready to continue developing their underwriting expertise.
