We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us, Position Summary, Essential Duties & Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications, maybe Other Duties & Responsibilities? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content. We have content for About Us, Position Summary, Essential Duties & Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications, Other Duties & Responsibilities (though it's generic). Also there is compliance training mention, but could be part of Minimum Qualifications? It's separate paragraph about compliance training; we could include under Minimum Qualifications or as separate section? Probably include under Minimum Qualifications as part of requirements. Also there is Equal Opportunity Employer boilerplate - we must remove EEO boilerplate. So drop that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Let's extract content: First paragraph: "First Federal Bank of Louisiana is currently seeking a Credit Analyst in the Business Banking Department. The position is not a remote position; It is located in-person at the Main Office in Lake Charles, Louisiana." That's location info; could be part of About Us? Could be a short paragraph before About Us. We'll include as a

maybe under a heading? There's no heading for location; we could just include as a paragraph before About Us. Then "About Us" heading: content about bank. Then "Position Summary": content. Then "Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:" then bullet list. Then "Compliance training is assigned to all Bank personnel based on their position with the bank. Employees are required to complete all assigned training timely and in accordance with Bank’s policy." This is a requirement; could be part of Minimum Qualifications or a separate section like "Requirements". Since we have Minimum Qualifications heading later, we could incorporate this under Minimum Qualifications or a separate "Requirements" section. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge compliance training into Minimum Qualifications section. Then "Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in accounting, business or finance; and A minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training in analyzing financial information and making industry evaluations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are a basic summary of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The full job description is attached as a pdf to this job posting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." We need to keep all that. Then "Other Duties & Responsibilities This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice." That's generic but still substantive; we could include as a section "Other Duties & Responsibilities". It's not boilerplate; it's specific to job description. We'll include. We must not include EEO. Now format: We'll start with a

for the initial location sentence. Then

    About Us

    ...

    Then

    Position Summary

    ...

    Then

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet. Then

      Minimum Qualifications

... include compliance training sentence within? Could embed as part of same paragraph. Then

      Other Duties & Responsibilities

      ...

Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine. Now extract exact text. Location sentence: "First Federal Bank of Louisiana is currently seeking a Credit Analyst in the Business Banking Department. The position is not a remote position; It is located in-person at the Main Office in Lake Charles, Louisiana." Note capitalization: "It" after semicolon; keep as is. About Us text: "First Federal Bank of Louisiana is a full-service, locally owned community bank that has helped build the communities we serve for over 75 years. With over one billion dollars in assets and 16 offices currently serving multiple parishes across Southwest and Central Louisiana, we are proud to offer our customers comprehensive retail and commercial products as well as investment services to meet all of their financial needs. Empowering people and places to realize and attain their dreams is what our community-first banking is all about, and that’s what our team strives to do in the communities we serve each and every day. Visit www.ffbla.bank to learn more. Member FDIC, Equal Housing Lender." We should keep "Member FDIC, Equal Housing Lender." It's not EEO boilerplate; it's fine. Position Summary: "Assists business banking lenders and officers in with business loan activity. Develops and analyzes credit/financial information pertaining to diversified types of business loans, prepares detailed and summary analysis reports relating to financial condition of business borrowers for loan officers or committees, and maintains an ongoing credit review process on existing business borrowers with outstanding loan balances, accompanies officers on customer calls when requested." Note there is a small grammar issue "in with". Keep as is. Essential Duties & Responsibilities bullets: - Develops credit information for use by lending officers or committees in making credit decisions on new, renewal, and extension loans - Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information including bank files, credit reporting services, and financial institutions - Prepares spreadsheets and related financial information - Prepares summary reports, presents facts and offers opinions concerning credit worthiness to loan officers and/or committees - Assists lenders/loan officers in preparation of loan application package for loan committee presentations - Periodically, but no less than annually, reviews credit files to ensure information is current and reports any difficulties to the loan officers; monitors credit files to assure current financial statements and other pertinent items are available - Performs annual reviews on specified business customers whose outstanding loan balances exceed defined aggregate debt thresholds; prepares comparative analysis report for file documentation; determines loan classification ratings - Compliance training is assigned to all Bank personnel based on their position with the bank. Employees are required to complete all assigned training timely and in accordance with Bank’s policy. Wait the compliance training sentence is separate after bullets; but we could include as a bullet or separate paragraph. Since it's a duty? It's more of a requirement. We'll keep as a separate paragraph under Minimum Qualifications maybe. But we already have a bullet list; we could add as a bullet as well. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could include compliance training as a
      • under Essential Duties & Responsibilities? It's not a duty but a requirement. However we could also put under Minimum Qualifications as a paragraph. To avoid thin sections, maybe add as a
      • under Essential Duties & Responsibilities? It says "Compliance training is assigned to all Bank personnel based on their position with the bank. Employees are required to complete all assigned training timely and in accordance with Bank’s policy." That's more of a requirement. I'd rather put it under Minimum Qualifications as a paragraph. Thus the bullet list ends before that sentence. Now Minimum Qualifications text: "Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in accounting, business or finance; and A minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training in analyzing financial information and making industry evaluations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are a basic summary of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The full job description is attached as a pdf to this job posting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Compliance training is assigned to all Bank personnel based on their position with the bank. Employees are required to complete all assigned training timely and in accordance with Bank’s policy." We need to keep the "and" after semicolon? It's okay. Other Duties & Responsibilities: "This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice." Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Equal Opportunity Employer". Remove. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap sections in appropriate tags. Let's craft:
