Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Opportunity to use creativity on a collaborative team
• Acts as a key coordination point between vendors, property managers, master servicers, and internal accounting teams
• Commitment to prioritizing employee development and promoting internally
• Engaging Executive Leadership team that listens to employee voices
• Collections calls and correspondence on past due balances
• Process credit application by reviewing reports for credit worthiness including recommendation for credit line and terms
• Research and solve payment discrepancies
• Resolving customer disputes
• Reconciliation of accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in Collections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excel experience
• Oracle experience is a bonus
• Ability to handle interruptions and work in a fast pace environment
