About the role

Credentialing Specialists are needed to support the credentialing process for healthcare professionals. This includes verifying credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Verify credentials and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credentialing activities.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Prepare and submit credentialing applications to relevant authorities.
• Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers regarding their credentialing status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
