About the role

Credentialing Specialists are needed to support the company’s credentialing process. This includes verifying credentials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Verify medical licenses, certifications, and other credentials
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update credentialing files
• Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
• Respond to inquiries from clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Credentialing, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in credentialing or healthcare administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
