Responsibilities
- Data intake and collection from primary sources and other resources for practitioner applications in the BayCare System.
- Establish and maintain electronic credential files for assigned practitioners.
- Complete the data gathering process within established guidelines for turnaround time, accuracy, and in accordance with external requirements (accreditation, federal, and state).
Requirements
- Currently residing in the State of Florida.
- Full-time position (non-exempt).
- Work shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in a related field preferred.
- One year healthcare practitioner credentialing environment (physicians, mid-levels) or three years processing healthcare practitioners for appointment/reappointment, utilizing credentialing software and electronic primary source verification.
