About the Role

The Credentialing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare professionals meet the necessary requirements to practice in various facilities. This includes verifying credentials, updating records, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify and update healthcare provider credentials in the Cerner charting system.
• Ensure all required documentation is submitted to regulatory bodies on time.
• Communicate with providers to address any issues or discrepancies in their credentials.
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to credentialing activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare credentialing or a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
