Credentialing Coordinator
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have content for About the role (maybe the first sentence? Actually the description includes responsibilities. But we can treat the initial paragraph as About the role. However we also have a detailed responsibilities list. Could split: About the role = brief overview; Responsibilities = bullet list of duties.
Let's extract About the role: maybe first sentence: "The Credentials Coordinator II works cooperatively to ensure the seamless and timely flow of credentialing related information in order to meet appointment and reappointment deadlines and qualitative requirements." That's a brief overview. Could also include second sentence about participates in day-to-day operations etc. But that is more duty. We'll keep About the role as a short paragraph.
Responsibilities: bullet list of duties from the description after the overview.
Requirements: Required Qualifications (Associate's degree + 3 years experience + flu vaccination + understanding medical terminology + computer proficiency + ability to read instructions). We'll list as bullet.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (Bachelor's degree, previous clinical work (CNA, MA, LVN), Experience Level Intermediate Level). Also maybe "Experience Level Intermediate Level" is not a qualification but we can include.
Skills: bullet list of skills: healthcare, credentialing, privileging, medical office, medical terminology.
Benefits: bullet list as given.
Pay: paragraph with pay range.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove all that.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must not include application instructions.
We must not include navigation etc.
We must not include "Application Deadline" etc? That's not in the headings list; but we could include as a paragraph? The instruction says only use those headings; but we can include other info as paragraphs outside headings? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones."
Thus we can include other paragraphs not under headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. We could include other info like "Job Type & Location" as a paragraph. But maybe better to incorporate location into a short paragraph under a heading? There's no heading for location; we could just include a
after the heading sections.
We have "Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Hollywood, CA." That's substantive. We could include as a
after the sections, maybe under a heading like "Job Type & Location" but not in the list. The instruction says we can use those headings as examples, not exclusive. But to be safe, we could include a
for that info without a heading.
Also "Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in West Hollywood,CA." That's similar; we could combine.
Also "Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on Sep 23, 2026." That's substantive; we could include as a
.
We must not include boilerplate about Actalent etc. That's boilerplate? It's about the company; maybe considered boilerplate but it's substantive about employer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The Actalent description is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered company overview; but it's not required to preserve? It says "Preserve ALL substantive information". The Actalent description is substantive about the company; but it's not about the job. Might be considered boilerplate but it's still info about employer. However typical job postings include company overview; but the instruction didn't explicitly say to remove company overview. It only mentions cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we could keep the Actalent overview. However it's quite long; but we can keep as a
maybe under a heading "About Actalent"? Not in list but we could add a heading. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into a section "About the Company". But not in the list. Might be okay to include as a
without heading.
But to be safe, we could omit the Actalent overview as it's not directly about the role; but the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. However the overview is about the company, not the role. Might be considered substantive but not required. I'd lean to keep it as a brief paragraph.
But we need to avoid duplication: there is also "The company is an equal opportunity employer..." which is EEO boilerplate; we must remove that. Also the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance etc. Those are legal boilerplate; remove.
Also "Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): ..." that's also boilerplate; remove.
Thus we keep only the early part about Actalent being a global leader etc. That's not EEO. We'll keep that as a short paragraph.
