About the role
We’re looking for a Full-Time Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Northridge Veterinary Clinic & Rehabilitation. This is a growth opportunity where you’ll be part of a team-first culture that values every team member and every pet like family.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in surgical procedures and monitoring anesthesia.
- Performing dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Supporting diagnostics, treatments, and daily patient care.
- Placing IV catheters, drawing blood, and obtaining samples.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and clear client communication.
Requirements
- Credential as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT).
- A passion for patient care and an eye for excellence.
- Experience in performing technical skills such as blood draws, catheter placement, radiology, and anesthesia monitoring.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficiency in veterinary clinical techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
