Creator Success Manager

Responsibilities

• You act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and providing support, training, and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
• Work closely with our whole growth and product team to identify opportunities and improvements to our software based on client feedback.
• Maintain pipeline and customer development inside of our Hubspot CRM.
• Create and deliver regular reports to clients on their performance and results using data from our platform and other sources.
• Collaborate with clients to create and execute effective campaigns using our platform's tools and features.
• You help our creators and musicians to generate additional revenue with our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success +3 years (If you've already worked with agencies, artists or creators that's a big plus)
• You are a good motivator and manage to inspire people and clients
• You enjoy digital presentations and especially listening
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner
• You have an open eye for pains and needs of our clients
• You are inquisitive and strive for rapid development.

• You have a keen interest in the creator economy.
• You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as implementing a 100% approach when working on important tasks
