Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and resources to ensure creators maximize their content's impact and monetization potential.
  • Be the creator's biggest advocate internally, collaborating with marketing, product, support, and beyond to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to creators, providing guidance and creative strategy to help them achieve their goals and maximize revenue.
  • Gather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience.
  • Drive increase in the volume of creators leveraging our full suite of monetization tools, including subscription models, merch, and AI tech.
  • Develop revenue strategies to increase subscriber counts, platform sales, and earnings.
  • Identify, pitch, and negotiate new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to the needs of your creator portfolio.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging talent, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to hit targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing leadership role.
  • Currently using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) as part of your workflow — and enthusiastic about applying them to drive better outcomes for creators.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment — you adapt quickly and figure things out.
  • Genuine passion for the creator economy and helping people build sustainable businesses.
  • Nice to have: proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau or SQL.

Pay

$70,000 to $100,000 per year DOE, competitive base + bonus

Schedule

Full-time, not remote
