About the role

Dropp is scaling its operations and until now, one person has sold DROPP: our CEO. You could be the second. We are opening the US, and it is yours to build. Sign the creators whose fans are the most active, and launch them on DROPP. This is the role that grows DROPP most directly. Every creator you sign shows up in the number. Dropp is focused on helping creators turn their audiences into sustainable revenue quickly and with minimal friction. The platform removes barriers such as subscriptions and complex funnels, allowing creators to monetize more directly. Dropp is designed for ease of use, enabling creators to focus on content and community rather than technical hurdles. As the company grows, Dropp is building partnerships and tools that support creators across diverse niches and stages of their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and nurture strategic partnerships with US-based creators, agencies, and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership cycles, including prospecting, pitching Dropp’s value proposition, negotiating terms, and onboarding creators to the platform.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape creator‑centric campaigns.
  • Ensure partners receive consistent support and clear communication.
  • Represent Dropp at industry events and build a strong creator community presence.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve the creator experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong partnership and strategic partnership skills, with experience building and scaling creator or brand relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
  • Background in creator economy, influencer marketing, digital media, or related fields is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating across time zones with US‑based partners.
  • Comfort with fast‑paced, early‑stage environments and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
