Responsibilities
- Identify promising U.S. creators across content verticals and build first-touch relationships.
- Run outreach campaigns through GTM and marketing channels, including outreach, warm intros, community-driven acquisition, and creator events.
- Onboard new creators to TikTok LIVE and guide them through their first successful streams.
- Coach creators on live-streaming best practices: content formats, stream structure, hook design, audience interaction, and monetization mechanics.
- Introduce and drive adoption of TikTok LIVE tools and features to lift stream quality and conversion.
- Analyze creator performance data (watch time, engagement, conversion where applicable) and turn insights into concrete recommendations.
- Support end-to-end execution of GTM campaigns targeting U.S. Creators, from creator segmentation and messaging, to campaign launch, tracking, and iteration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Content, Data) to test new acquisition and activation playbooks.
Qualifications
- Currently or previously pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Genuine passion for TikTok, live-streaming, and creator culture — you actively use the platform and understand what makes creators thrive.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable doing creator outreach, running marketing campaign, and building trust quickly.
- An analytical mindset: comfortable working with data (Excel / Sheets basics; SQL, dashboards, or BI tools are a plus) to inform decisions.
- A self-starter with high ownership — able to operate in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and move fast in a startup-like environment.
- Hands-on experience live-streaming yourself, or coaching creators on live-streaming.
- Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, or comparable platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, Instagram Live).
