About the role
At New Engen, we help brands grow by integrating various marketing strategies into performance-driven campaigns. Grapevine is our scalable solution that licenses high-performing third-party creator content quickly and easily.
Responsibilities
- Own Creator Campaign Execution
- Manage creator campaigns from sourcing through final asset delivery
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across multiple campaigns
- Build and Grow Our Creator Network
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality creators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators
- Manage Creator Communications
- Serve as a primary point of contact for creators
- Negotiate participation, communicate campaign requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure creators remain informed and engaged
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and processes
- Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, manage documentation, and ensure operational accuracy
- Ensure Content Quality and Compliance
- Review and provide feedback on creator-submitted content
- Analyze Performance and Creator Insights
- Track and analyze creator performance and campaign outcomes
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with Brand Success, Creative Strategy, and Production teams
- Help Scale the Future of Creator Operations
- Contribute to the evolution of Grapevine’s creator ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 0–2 years of experience in startups, performance marketing, talent management, consulting, or other growth-oriented industries
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday
- Understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC, social media platforms, and creator ecosystems
- Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
