Creator Affiliate Manager

About the role

The Creator Affiliate Manager will oversee the creation and management of affiliate relationships with creators who promote our products and services directly to consumers. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate networks and increase brand visibility
• Manage and nurture relationships with creators to ensure high-quality content and engagement
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate efforts with broader business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or similar roles
• Proven track record of building and managing successful affiliate programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with analytics tools and proficiency in Excel

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 annually
