About the Team

The Creator Marketing Team delivers best-in-class campaigns and events that drive product awareness and adoption, and amplify key creator narratives. This team plays a vital role in strengthening TikTok’s position as a trusted partner for creators, empowering them with tools, guidance, product information, and inspiration to elevate their content and experiences.

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a Creator Activations Manager to lead end-to-end execution of creator-facing activations that drive product awareness, perception, and adoption.
  • This role spans industry & TikTok-owned creator events, partnerships, on-site programs, and integrated marketing moments that bring TikTok product education and value propositions to life for creators—both at scale and at the point of conversion.
  • This is a hands-on, execution-heavy marketing role suited for someone who can project-manage complex initiatives, oversee and execute complex tentpoles/events, work across partners and agencies, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own creator activations end to end: Plan and execute creator-facing activations tied to product priorities, including partnerships, programs, 360 integrated marketing campaigns, product education events, and major tentpoles/industry moments.
  • Drive scale and conversion: Use partnerships and creator touchpoints to deliver product narratives at scale and convert awareness and interest into action (e.g., lead generation, sign-ups, product adoption).
  • Lead cross-functional execution: Act as the project lead across internal and external stakeholders to deliver activations on time and to standard.
  • Operate as a marketing generalist: Combine strategy development with operational excellence. Apply core marketing skills across messaging, creative review, execution, and measurement, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Measure and document impact: Track outcomes, capture learnings, and share case studies to improve future activations and inform global best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, activations, or programs.
  • Experience delivering creator-facing or customer-facing initiatives tied to product goals.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Comfort managing agencies and external partners.
  • Ability to operate as a marketing generalist with limited resourcing.
  • Clear communicator who can balance speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with industry events, partnerships, or experiential marketing.
  • Familiarity with the creator economy, media, or technology platforms.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions.

Benefits

  • Day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) savings plan with company match.
  • Paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and life insurance.
  • Wellbeing benefits.
  • 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
  • Eligibility for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $115,520 - $258,400 annually. Compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
