Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of integrated creative strategies aligned to advertiser goals and company capabilities.
- Translate insights, data, and trends into clear narratives and creative recommendations.
- Own portions of advertiser pitches, presentations, and strategic deliverables from concept through execution with guidance from senior team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Merchants) to support development of holistic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure strategic intent is carried through execution.
- Develop case studies, playbooks, and frameworks to support scalable storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Support measurement and reporting efforts by helping connect creative strategy to performance outcomes.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring forward new ideas, perspectives, and approaches.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, content, or related roles (agency, media, retail, or brand).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience developing presentations and client-facing materials.
- Ability to synthesize data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience contributing to multi-channel or omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Solid project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Growing confidence in presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ChatGPT and Figma.
- Curiosity about industry trends and evolving creative and media landscapes.
