What You'll Actually Do
- Own the creative strategy across organic and paid: hooks, angles, formats, narratives, what we test next
- Write scripts and briefs for short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and ad creative
- Ship volume: we want 30-50 ad creative variations per month and consistent organic output
- Iterate based on performance data and feedback from the media buyer
- Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and competitor insights
Requirements
- A portfolio showing range in creative styles: talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, meme-edit
- Comfort discussing performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and interpreting ad account data
- Experience shipping hundreds of ad variations, not dozens
- Strong writing skills: hooks, scripts, captions
- Understanding of the full marketing funnel and how ad creative interacts with landing pages, offers, and audiences
Nice to Have
- Background or genuine interest in markets, trading, quant finance, or technical subjects
- Ability to quickly learn and not make the company cringe
