Role OverviewWe are seeking a performance-driven Creative Strategist who can own the performance of multiple offers and lead the creative direction behind paid acquisition campaigns.This role sits at the intersection of psychology, data, copywriting, and execution.This role is for someone who wants to be the best performer on a winning team. You will demonstrate leadership through ownership, lead the creative process for your assigned offers, and be accountable for the quality of your strategy, execution, and results.You will develop creative testing roadmaps, interpret performance data, direct designers and video editors, generate new campaign angles, write copy, integrate AI into creative workflows, and lead rapid creative iteration cycles. Role Responsibilities• Own the performance of your assigned offers and take accountability for the results.• Build and manage creative testing roadmaps based on performance data, customer psychology, and business priorities.• Continuously develop and prioritize new campaign angles, hooks, concepts, and creative tests.• Write high-performing copy for paid advertisements and other acquisition assets.• Direct designers and video editors, providing clear and actionable feedback on images and videos.• Lead the creative process for your assigned offers by setting priorities, providing clear direction, managing deadlines, and holding the work to a high standard.• Monitor performance using tracking and analytics tools, analyze funnel metrics and split-test results, and identify what should be tested next.• Draft weekly performance reports with meaningful insights, KPIs, and recommended actions.• Track all tasks in ClickUp to ensure deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.• Actively participate in client calls via Zoom and clearly communicate performance insights and next steps.• Stay current on new trends, tools, applications, and creative formats, and integrate AI into your workflow. Role Requirements• You are a strong direct-response copywriter who knows how to capture attention, communicate compelling benefits, and persuade people to take action.• You know how to turn customer research, pain points, desires, objections, and market insights into new campaign angles and creative concepts.• You understand performance marketing data, tracking, split testing, and funnel analysis. You can identify where performance is breaking down and use the data to determine what should be tested next.• You have a strong eye for creative quality and understand what effective performance-focused images and videos should look like.• You can write clear creative briefs and provide useful, actionable direction to designers, video editors, and other creative partners.• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.• You have a high level of attention to detail and remain dependable under pressure.• You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to organize information, review performance data, and communicate findings.• You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your everyday workflow and are willing to continually learn new models, platforms, and processes.• You are exceptionally responsive. You understand that performance marketing moves quickly, and you do not allow important messages, problems, or opportunities to sit unanswered.• You are comfortable working on an Eastern Time schedule and reliably respond to urgent, time-sensitive issues during evenings and weekends when necessary. None are required:• Hands-on experience running or assisting with campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid-acquisition platforms.• Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, dashboards, or analysis of large advertising-data exports.• Hands-on video-editing experience or experience creating advertising content with AI video, image, voice, or audio tools.• Experience working across multiple leading AI models, including using Claude Code, Codex, or similar command-line tools to create simple automations, internal tools, applications, or reusable AI Skills.• Familiarity with tracking parameters, pixels, attribution, APIs, webhooks, JSON, or browser-development tools. Performance-Based CompensationThis role uses a performance-based compensation structure. A meaningful portion of your total income and earning potential will come from commission.Your commission will be influenced by the results you produce, the performance of the offers you support, and your contribution to the success of the creative team.
