Creative Strategist
Job Description
Critical Mass is hiring a Creative Strategist to join the ArtBot team. ArtBot is Omnicom's next-generation intelligent content orchestration, decisioning, and optimization solution. The Strategy team is a pivotal part of Artbot, helping set the tone and drive the growth of their core DCO product offering.
About the Role
You will create and implement dynamic creative strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including automotive, travel, retail, FMCG, and finance. You'll partner with media agencies, creative agencies, and client stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven creative solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver dynamic creative strategies tailored to client objectives, media plans, and audience insights.
- Define and drive the strategic direction of Artbot campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and broader business goals.
- Lead the development of best-in-class digital media strategies, incorporating data-driven insights, creativity, and innovation.
- Translate data and performance learnings into actionable creative recommendations.
- Develop robust measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Artbot digital strategies.
- Utilise analytical rigour to interpret large data sets and derive actionable insights that optimise campaign performance against key client KPIs.
- Act as a trusted partner to client and agency stakeholders, building strong relationships through clear communication and strategic insight.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across strategy, analytics, design, and technology.
- Ensure digital strategies balance data-driven decision-making with creative excellence.
- Pay strong attention to detail regarding the visual quality and effectiveness of creative assets in alignment with brand guidelines and consumer engagement best practices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic, social, and emerging platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve strategic approaches and media activation methodologies.
- Feedback into Artbot’s evolving product development, helping shape features and tools based on client and campaign learnings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and digital creativity, sharing insights internally and with clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant media, creative, or ad tech role.
- A strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning, buying, and activation principles across programmatic and/or social platforms.
- A proven ability to think strategically while applying analytical rigor to optimise digital media performance.
- A highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An excellent communicator with solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote, able to craft compelling narratives.
- A quick learner, problem solver, and collaborative team player.
- A self-starter mindset—confident, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Qualifications
- Experience and passion for Beauty (CPG) and Cruise (Travel) categories.
- Experience in conceiving and delivering successful DCO campaigns.
- Knowledge of social ads manager platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads), adserving platforms.
- Familiarity with dynamic-feed ad serving.
- A deep understanding of the creative production process, from concept to execution.
- Experience developing digital media strategies on a global or regional scale.
Benefits
Pay range: $80,000 - $90,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
