Remote W-2 contract role from August to January, 30–40 hours per week at $40–$45 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all creative requests, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and efficient allocation to the most suitable team member.
- Bridge the gap between creative vision and project reality by focusing on realistic, actionable deadlines.
- Orchestrate a seamless creative workflow that consistently delivers exceptional results.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to align content strategy, prioritization, and business goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate creative briefs into clear, actionable plans.
- Prioritize requests based on business goals, deadlines, and resource availability.
- Develop and manage project timelines and resources using Asana; keep the Director of Marketing informed of major changes or risks.
- Manage cross-functional expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all rounds of content review in collaboration with the Creative Team and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Utilize project management tools (Asana, Figma, Adobe) to keep projects on track.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and distill critical information for the Creative Team and Director of Marketing.
- Prioritize upcoming needs for the Creative Team to ensure they have the resources and focus to deliver on project goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in creative project management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful creative projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of the creative process and various design disciplines, including familiarity with design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for high-quality work in both design and content.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients, particularly in the eCommerce space (e.g., Amazon and/or direct-to-consumer sites), is a plus.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, MS Planner, Monday.com, Trello).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; project management certifications are a plus.
Pay
$40–$45 per hour.
Schedule
30–40 hours per week, August through January.
