Creative Project Manager (Remote)

Location: Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour Are you a forward-thinking Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creative execution, process evolution, and emerging technology? We are looking for an adaptable, curious PM to guide multi-channel digital campaigns through the pipeline while helping re-imagine how creative work gets done. Responsibilities: Direct creative project workflows from brief to final delivery across digital channels, with a focus on paid social, digital ads, and dynamic campaign assets.Drive daily project momentum, ensuring deliverables move smoothly through the pipeline while balancing timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and feedback.Actively explore and experiment with modern tools (e.g., using AI platforms like Claude to automate weekly standups or streamline documentation) in collaboration with the wider team.Partner closely with creative teams, encouraging fresh approaches to work while ensuring standard settings and workflow features across project platforms are fully optimized.Coach and mentor team members on workflow best practices, presenting original ideas for operational improvements to stakeholders.Adapt quickly in a fast-evolving environment where processes, tools, and campaign needs are continuously shifting. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager handling digital deliverables.Background or strong familiarity with Creative Transformation initiatives and process optimization.Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (Airtable experience preferred, or expertise in similar platforms like Asana or Monday.com).A genuine curiosity and appetite for AI tools, with an eye for practical ways to bring automation and efficiency to daily workflows.Familiarity with creative design software and platforms (such as Figma) to effectively communicate with designers and directors.Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a team-first, highly collaborative mindset.High adaptability and comfort navigating change in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
