Creative Project Manager

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead innovative, AI-driven creative initiatives for a financial services organization. This fully remote, two-month assignment offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data, and creative strategy-driving projects from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-enabled creative projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Define project scope, timelines, success metrics, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams
• Partner with AI technologists, prompt engineers, creatives, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Manage risks related to timelines, data quality, model performance, and ethical considerations
• Oversee budgets, track project progress, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement across project workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, including delivery of AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, deep learning, data science fundamentals)
• Experience managing creative workflows and collaborating with design and marketing teams
• Proficiency in project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative platforms such as Figma
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Google Veo or similar)
• Knowledge of Agile or iterative development methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
